Welcome to this month’s installment of the Product Feature Awareness Program! This month we are excited to share four new enhancements that will save you more time.

 

Faster Time Sheet Module Load Time
In the past, when accessing the time sheet module all of your historical data would populate. Going forward, the default timeframe will be set to 90 days resulting in less information to load and faster access to your recent, more pertinent data. After loading, you can choose to widen the date range as needed.

 

Simpler Vendor Transition
With this new addition, creating a vendor and associating candidates with recruiters is easier than ever! Also, vendors who have been terminated can now have their vendor recruiter information changed, even if there are outstanding bills. New vendors that are created will flow back to the CRM, making it easy to add current company contacts as recruiters for a candidate.

 

Easy Access To Documents

In the past, when a user was terminated their files within the Document Manager were rendered inaccessible. With this enhancement, super-users within your company can access stored files, and ensure that nothing gets lost throughout the termination process. Additionally, the documents associated with the terminated user can now quickly get reassigned to other users.

 

New & Expanded Report Templates

Additional reporting templates for shift scheduling and ACA compliance have been released to further optimize your access to business intelligence. Refer to the technical documentation for more details!
