Welcome to this month’s installment of the Product Feature Awareness Program. This month we have introduced a number of helpful new reports options in response to customer requests.

 

Easily Export Employee Data Without Redundant Data Entry

With the release of three unique employee data export reports, users can now export 1) employee master data, 2) employee direct deposit data, and 3) employee pay data, from AkkenCloud to use with the payroll system of your choice. These three reports have been tested with iSolved and can be used with alternate systems.

Export Invoice Data into General Ledger Software

This new report allows users to export invoice data into the general ledger systems of your choice. This report has been tested with Sage and can be used with alternate systems.

Generate Multiple Checks for Employees in a Given Pay Period
This new enhancement allows you to export data from AkkenCloud in a format that accommodates payroll software/service limitations where multiple checks have to be issued if employee works over the standard 40 hours per week.
