The consultants screen in Contact Management displays the list of active consultants’ records which are maintained by marketing persons. To edit the consultant details,

  1. Before beginning make sure that you have selected “Consultants” under Contact Management.
  2. The Consultants screen displays the consultants’ records.
  3. Highlight a consultant record and double click it to view the details. Result: The Contact Management pop up window is displayed.


  1. The Contact Management pop up window contains two tabs – Consultant Information and Activities.
  2. The Consultant Information tab displays the consultant contact information.
  3. Select the Activities tab to organize the activities with consultants. See the Activities with Consultants topic to know how to organize the activities with the selected consultants.
  4. To close the window, click on the ‘Close’ link
