How do I create a CSV file?

  • You can setup a CSV file in order to import Contacts/Companies/Candidates into AkkenCloud Staffing
  • Open the workbook you want to save for use in another program
  • On the File menu, click Save As
  • In the File name box, type a new name for the workbook
  • In the Save as type list, select the CSV (Comma delimited) file format *If you're on a Mac, the file will need to be saved as a Windows CSV specifically*
  • Click Save

Note: By default, some file formats save all worksheets in the workbook. If you want to save only specific worksheets, first hide each worksheet you don’t want to save. To hide the active worksheet, click Sheet on theFormat menu, and then click Hide
