The administrator is facilitated to modify the articles whenever required via Admin-->Knowledge Center
To MODIFY the ARTICLE
- Highlight the item and double click it to modify from enterprise portal part of the Knowledge Center screen. The screen refreshes by displaying the article details, to modify.
- Modify the article details.
- Click on the ‘Update’ link to save the article details.
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ link to cancel and return to previous page.
