When trying to send an e-campaign I'm receiving an error message default account has to be configured to email, as shown below:

  • When using outlook sync, the user would need to complete a further step to configure an outgoing email for client submissions and e-campaigns. 
  • This configuration can be located within your e-desk --> email widget --> add new account.

Once configured, please retry to initiate the process to send a new e-campaign.
