We are introducing a change under HRM à Benefitsà Add Benefits and Edit Benefits. This new preference will show a check box ‘Display on Timesheet’. By default, this will be checked.
Please note, If ‘Display on Timesheet’ is unchecked, then the particular benefit will not be displayed in the timesheets, or assignment list dropdown, though its available on Employee Profile under Benefits.
This will be for Regular, Time In Time Out and UOM/1099 layouts.

If ‘Display on Timesheet’ checkbox is checked for the benefit and benefit is available on employee profile, then only it should be displayed in the dropdown.
All in User: No Change for all in user, benefits will be displayed in the dropdown irrespective of benefits enabled to be displayed on Timesheets.
ESS User: The below highlighted will Not be displayed in the dropdown if ‘Display on Timesheet’s is unchecked.
For ESS user, particular benefits should be hidden in My Profile à Benefits. Same changes to be made under all in user, My Profile à Benefits.
