Can I change the default font and size in the body of the email?

You are not able to change font or font size of any email that you receive within AkkenCloud.
You are able to change the font and the font size of emails you are sending by utilizing the icons on the Advanced Editor tool bar
To enable the Advanced Editor tool bar, Collaboration - Email - Options
Select Advanced Editor from the Simple Editor drop-down list and save
