The administrator is facilitated to modify the articles whenever required via Admin-->Knowledge Center


  1. Highlight the item and double click it to modify from enterprise portal part of the Knowledge Center screen. The screen refreshes by displaying the article details, to modify.



  1. Modify the article details.
  2. Click on the “Update” link to save the article details.
  3. Click on the “Cancel” link to cancel and return to previous page.
