For Best Practices we recommend using Credentials to Track Credential Status.

 

CRM > Candidate:

 

The Candidate Records will display, edit a record by double-clicking on it. When the record opens, select the Credentials tab.


In the Credentials tab, Admins will have the edit list links to customize the Credential Type and Credential Name drop down menus and add the appropriate verbiage they want their users to select when adding these credentials.



 

Above are examples for possible Credential Type and Credential Name naming.

 

Note: There is also an attachment option if the the Candidates are scanning in their actual vaccine cards.





The above fields can be used for the Tracking of when the Vaccinations were Acquired, etc.

Press Update when complete.

 

 

Once added to the records, Alerts can be created for when these expire.

 

This can be completed in under Admin > Notification Management > Credentials Notification.

 

Example: This would be useful for yearly vaccines. 

 

Some Akken Customers have said it would be part of their interviewing process so they will enter this in the Candidate Record which then carries over in their Employee Record upon hire.
