You can mark an email as spam two different ways:
- Collaboration – Email – On the Inbox screen, select the email that you want to mark as spam and right click on it
- The system displays the Email options menu. Select and click the Mark as Spam option
- The email will be marked as spam and displayed in the Spam folder
or
- Collaboration – Email – On the Inbox screen, double click on the email that you want to mark as spam
- The system displays the Read Message Pane, click on Mark as Spam at the top
- The email will be marked as spam and displayed in the Spam folder
