EXPORT EMPLOYEE DETAILS
You can export the employee details to use in other applications. AkkenCloud allows you to export the data in a CSV (comma separated value) format which can then be imported in to other application comfortably.
The following steps need to be followed to export your employee details.
- Before beginning make sure that you have selected “Employees” in Show field in Contact Management screen. Result: The Employees screen is displayed.
- Select the employee and click on the ‘Export’ link to export the employee details. Result: The File download dialogue box is displayed.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button and specify the location to save the CSV file on your computer in the File download dialogue box.
- Click on the ‘Open’ button to open the CSV file.
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ link to cancel the exporting of employees details.
