You can export the employee details to use in other applications. AkkenCloud allows you to export the data in a CSV (comma separated value) format which can then be imported in to other application comfortably.

The following steps need to be followed to export your employee details.

  1. Before beginning make sure that you have selected “Employees” in Show field in Contact Management screen. Result: The Employees screen is displayed.
  2. Select the employee and click on the ‘Export’ link to export the employee details. Result: The File download dialogue box is displayed.

  1. Click on the ‘Save’ button and specify the location to save the CSV file on your computer in the File download dialogue box.
  2. Click on the ‘Open’ button to open the CSV file.
  3. Click on the ‘Cancel’ link to cancel the exporting of employees details.
