During the AkkenCloud POB (Paperless Onboarding) feature Employee Integration with DocuSign, the Employee needs to be Logged into DocuSign for Access from AkkenCloud.


When this process is complete, the AkkenCloud POB Employee should not be logged into DocuSign.


Note:
The AkkenCloud POB Integration does not support integration while the Employee is logged into DocuSign at the same time. This is for DocuSign Security reasons and will require the Employee to Reset their DocuSign Password.


If the Employee is inadvertently logged into the AkkenCloud POB Integration, they will get the following message when trying to Select a DocuSign Template:

No Templates Found.


If this occurs we recommend the following:

The POB Employee should note their new DocuSign Password, then Logout of DocuSign;

A Company Admin can then be engaged to update the Password in AkkenCloud;

Provide the Company Admin with the DocuSign Password;

This completed in Admin > Integrated Services > POB Management;



Reset the Employee's Password by Clicking on the Icon Highlighted above;
